The OKFNL Board of Management has confirmed the finals venues for the upcoming 2016 OKFNL Finals Series. Following one of the wettest winters in recent history, the Board has decided that Tarrawingee Recreation Reserve and Moyhu Recreation Reserve will hold finals across the first three weeks of the finals series.
The venue for the 2016 WAW Credit Union OKFNL Grand Final hasn’t changed and will remain at the WJ Findlay Oval in Wangaratta on September 10.
The OKFNL ‘Top 6’ will be used in all grades with the exception of the under 18 football competition and will run as follows:
WEEK 1 – ELIMINATION FINALS
Game 1: 3 v 6 @ Tarrawingee Recreation Reserve – Saturday, August 20
Game 2: 4 v 5 @ Moyhu Recreation Reserve – Sunday, August 21
WEEK 2 – SEMI FINALS
Game 3: 1 v 2 @ Tarrawingee Recreation Reserve – Saturday, August 27
Game 4: Winner of Game 1 v Winner of Game 2 @ Moyhu Recreation Reserve – Sunday, August 28
