MOYHU clinched its second consecutive C grade premiership with an oiled performance over Glenrowan.
The Hoppers were able to capitalise on turnovers early in the first quarter with Anna Wallis in goal defence stamping her authority on the play.
Down by six goals at the first change, the Kelly Tigers brought tall Jemma Wallis on in goal keeper for the second term to combat the height of Hopper Emma Collet.
Tiger Annie Creed and Hopper Gemma Tua had a spirited contest in the centre, both forcing stoppages with their pressure over the ball.
Creed’s movement and control around the attacking goal ring helped the Tigers reach within a goal before the Hoppers again surged to hold the six goal margin at half time.
From there, the Hoppers were able to chip away at their lead, eventually winning 46 goals to 35.
