Get to know our Senior Coach, David Reardon:
Dave started his junior footy at Moama and moving through to Echuca, playing Senior Footy at a young age with Echuca United, with highlights being Interleague, preseasons with Bendigo Bombers and going on to represent Vic and NSW in the Teal Cup.
In 2000 Dave joined The Australian Army and completed stints to Iraq, East Timor and Solomon Islands. During these years and since, Dave has experience across numerous clubs throughout Australia:
-Sutherland (Sydney Football League).
-South Cairns & North Cairns (Cairns Football League).
-Locally, Moama, Echuca, Kyabram, Stanhope, Mathoura.
-Hay (Golden Rivers).
-Gawler (Barossa Valley FL).
-Langwarrin (Mornington Peninsula FL).
Current Job: Full time trainer and fitness coach.
Quote” My aim for the 2018 season for the Rushworth Tigers is to get the town buzzing again. There are some great young kids coming up and through the ranks, and current local players more than willing to be competitive and play pivotal roles within the team.
