Boulder started like a bullet have four quick goals on the board (3 to Bradshaw and 1 to Hooks) and it looked like they were on the verge of a big victory with their pace and sure ball handling on a perfect Goldfields afternoon. Railways battled hard in the second to get back into the game but wasted chances but despite only having one goal on the board were still in the contest trailing by 19 points. Then in the third it was the Panthers who started to control the game with Meshek White being elusive up forward, and leveled the scores during the term, but a late one to Boulder had the Tigers up by 5 points at the last change. Boulder then with some early goals including a set play ripper to Michael Worthington from outside 50 sealed the deal for the Tigers to remain unbeaten and earning victory by 15 points. Cruden Munroe was electric over the field, while the super fit Julian Jacobs is proving a valuable acquisition, while special mention to Mick Alexander who had Kody Kelman benched and goalless during the final term, it is not often Kelman fails to kick a goal. Despite the strong opening by Bradshaw, opponent Matt Cannon can claim the honours blanketing the full forward thereafter while youngsters Alex Jones and Josh Rymer were prominent.
