Official Match Report
Railways ran away with this one, after Kambalda had started the game positively they failed to fire a shot in the second half as Railways steamed away to a comfortable 75 point victory. The Panthers certainly haven’t been kind to the Eagles in 2010, with 2 victories now equaling 196 points! Ouch !. Railways key forwards Michael Towns and Kody Kelman combined for 9 of the 17 goals while prolific on baller Mitch Gillam again displayed devastating form including 2 goals, while young forward Ryan Edwards after kicking 13 goals earlier in the afternoon in the Colts, added a league goal for a personal haul of 14 on the day which equaled Kambalda’s Colts/Reserves and League goals total. No surprise Eagles skipper Mark Paperone being named in their best.
