MOYHU has received a psychological boost on the eve of the finals series, with master coach John McNamara signing a contract extension during the week.
McNamara, who on Sunday night was named the Ovens and King Football League's Coach of the Year, said agreeing to terms on a third year with the Hoppers had been an easy decision.
"We've got a pretty good young group at the moment," McNamara said.
"They are all good mates and they enjoy playing together, and that makes it enjoyable as a coach.
