BONNIE Doon senior footballers maintained their position in the top eight with an impressive 173 point home demolition of bottom dwellers Glenrowan on Saturday.
The match began with Stephen Steiner streaming out of the square at the bounce to enable Hayden Floate to open proceedings with a goal all within minutes of the opening siren.
Judd Darby, Ricky Milligan and Alex Kellalea were immediately busy, assisted by Jeremy Ward.
Good work again by Steiner saw a pass to Jarrod Demarco, who then passed to Chris Anderson for him to convert.
Ben Trenfield, solid with Simon Powell, kept Doon's half back line on top.
