The veteran defender didn’t play in the Hoppers’ seven-point home win against King Valley last weekend because of a hamstring complaint and is unlikely to be risked for the representative match if not fully fit.
The respected 37-year-old, who has played in four interleague campaigns, is on the selection panel for the match.
Coach Finton Eames said Moyhu onballer Ryan Craig (knee) and Benalla All Blacks’ Kaine Dockery (ankle) were also under injury clouds.
And North Wangaratta ruckman Jamie Bell will face the tribunal tomorrow after being reported for striking Panthers player Brendan Smith last weekend.
Tarrawingee forward Daniel Barassi, who has booted 35 goals this season, will miss with a back injury, while Greta star Jack Humphries has a leg injury and will also sit out, while Whorouly recruit Kyle Archibald is unavailable.
Despite the setbacks, Eames said the league was confident of having a strong side available for the Victorian Country Championships clash.
The O and K’s squad of 24 will be named after training tomorrow night.
