Injury Reporting
The club requires all significant medical incidents be documented on the injury report form by the team trainer.

For home games, both at Glenhuntly and EE Gunn, the club supplied onsite Level 1 sports trainer who can assist with both treatment and filling in the form.
A copy will be provided to the player/parent in due course and a copy needs to be emailed to the club's medical coordinator - Hans Harms at Medical@ormondjfc.com.au.
Any player deemed to be suffering from concussion is subject to the leagues concussion policy, refer section 18 of By-Laws below.

18. Concussion
18.1. If a player is deemed to be concussed on match day, they should not return to the field of play (or training) until such time as a doctor’s certificate has been obtained indicating they are fit to play. This process is to be managed at club level
