Policies and Documents

As part of its commitment to the Good Sports Program (see tab on left on this website) the club has issued its policy with regard to Drugs and Alcohol. A copy of the policy is attached. Related to this, attached also is a list of Club Persons who are trained in the Responsible Serving of Alcohol which will be updated periodically as more persons attend the training courses.

We are at level 3 in the accreditation process which is the highest level.

The club has has also issued its policy on Smoking and one on Safe Transport. A copy of both these policies is also attached.

A copy of the club constitution is also attached. As it is now getting a little "Out of date" the Committee proposes to revise it to reflect current circumstances and submit it to the 2012 AGM.
